Mamak Night !

Anzac Day
Today is a Anzac day.Its commemorated by Australia and New Zealand on 25 April every year to remember members of the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps (ANZAC) who landed at Gallipoli in Turkey during World War I. Anzac Day is also a public holiday in the Cook Islands, Niue, Samoa and Tonga. From what I heard from one of the senior citizen, people that represents their grandpa,uncle ,brother, father who passed away in the war will march around the city in the morning.

Mamak Night

It was great , most of the asians went for mamak night, there were plenty of food served there . There was nasi lemak,satay,soto ayam, fried samosa,fried chicken, teh ais,teh tarik,teh o ais limau,laksa, maggi goreng, chicken rice , and some non-halal food. It was packed compared to last year's mamak night says my friend. It was not a bad night to remember the food we had in Malaysia. I ate nasi lemak with fried chicken wings as usual and drank beer instead of teh tarik,haha. It was a tired day but yet full and enjoying .

Tomorrow is Mamak Night

There is a mamak night tomorrow are the uni-bar at the main campus, its starting at about 6pm (aussie time). Most of the mamak food will be served. I miss mamak food man..hehe and Im sure I will get bored of it when Im back home.

Today I had skills classes in the morning then I went and check out this cars accessories mall in town, Everything is so expensive compared to Malaysia,the neon lights, meter, sound system is all so crazy freaking expensive, I guess yeah I will do up my car nice when Im home ...

today I woke up at 11, went to college then attend for classes then finished classes I had rehearsals with my actors for about 40 minutes then I came home , went exercising and dinner then now Im online , well as usual,boring day, tomorrow will be the same wednesday, I dont know what Im feeling , I dont know what is ahead of me, I want to know what you feel and yeah...

sometimes I dont know what I feel towards you, you make me smile ,you make me confuse but I appreciate it very much, I want to know what you feel inside at times but I cant. I always say Im here for you and I want to make you smile . I want to treat you like someone really special. Sweet talking can only last a while but wait till you get to know the true me. It takes time to know each other and open more, Its not easy . I know how it feels stressing over everything . Do have time for yourself and seperate the study and social times. Do what is important first. As I have said I will be here for you every moment if you allow me inside. classes is over...

Classes is over for my main theatre subjects till my performance day wit my actor. Everyone of us has to direct a 15-30 minutes play (1 act ) play at the end of this semester . Casting and auditions is over so I have got the actor I wanted and my script is a funny script. My first rehearsals will start tomorrow and after that another 10 more rehersals before my show begins on Season 1 which is the 30th of May and 1st of June. Then I will be having my holidays and then the next semester which is my graduation semester I will have to act in a play and HOME I go ! till then 203 more days to finish my degree ! And December 13th 08 is my convocation...

Synopsis of the play


[ When the play begins, Donny, her ten-year-old son John, and her friend Del are awaiting the arrival of Robert, Donny's husband and John's father, who is expected to take John camping the next day; when the play ends, one month later, they are still waiting, but realize that Robert is never going to return. Over the course of the play, however, the lives of these three characters change dramatically, leaving no doubt that nothing is the same as when the play began. Donny learns of her husband's decision to leave her for another woman, Del admits to Donny his complicity in her husband's betrayal, and John's sheltered world is shattered by uncertainty, ambiguity, and physical danger. This play is compelling in large part because, while it maintains a certain degree of abstraction, thereby inviting all sorts of schematic interpretations, it also possesses enough specificity to focus our interest on the individual characters and the traumas they endure. ]

Well , It was indeed a great show directed by Rey Buono the ex-Sunway College lecturer that guided me in acting and directing when I was in 1st year. The show is kinda disturbing and yet interesting where they had very deep sub-text in it. Cryptogram means a piece of writing in code. So yeah there were 3 actors 1 female character (Donny) ,1 male character (Del) and a small little kid (John). The synopsis of this play by David Mamet was interesting in a way where it makes you wonder and feel disturb. This plays was about 80 minutes which contain 3 acts and there is no intermission. Here are some pictures that I took with Rey Buono in the brown shirt and with his good buddy Dr William Peterson fom Monah University ( Melb a Senior Lecturer for Centre of Drama & Theatre Students ) and with the kid actor and a few of the 1st year buddies.

I played futsal for 3 damn hrs with the international students from university,at 8-11pm, then I came home and re-heat my spagetti and just ate something as my dinner , I was darn hungry..Everyday is like a routine here , nothing to do and bored, like I have said I can say its really boring here because I know I will miss Australia when I go back to Malaysia, Im sure I will miss the 4 seasons here and the nice cooling windy wind. Its another 206 days to graduate, and then I will be hopefully working and get some pocket money to do up my car here when Im back in Malaysia. I heard from my friends that for our congregation we will need to march to the hall, I cant wait till the day where I finish and attend my congregation and take my cert . Its a long more way more but I realize that every week past so fast. " I miss you thats for sure and hope to see you when Im home..." will you be picking me up from the airport ?? Well...let it be whatever comes it comes..I dont want to think anymore...Good Nights..

Well this morning I cycle to class as usual, its always cold in the morning and when Im bout to cycle home in the afternoon if ll be super hot, well I dont want to complain anything about HOT because during winter it will be super cold,yeah Im appreciating ever moment I have here because it will only be another 7 months till Im back, anyway class was great,today I learn about relief printing and yeah next week is ANZAC day and its a public holiday...well I ll be heading to futsal later and yea...

I woke up at 8am and I went to class , in class I had a short presentation of my work that I did for me 2nd assignment . It wasnt that bad and now I have to think of my 3rd assignment for my computer imaging class now . Today something impact and touch me really alot and that was I saw this little girl in an ice-cream shop (Wendy's) with her mum, her mum was young probably in her late 20's ,the girl was well spoken,she could speak proper english and probably she was 7 years old, and she told her mum she wanted the chocolate ice-cream and the lady let her try a mix kinda paddle-pop flavored coloured ice-cream,immediately she wanted the paddle-pop coloured ice-cream.The first thought that came to my mind was that the mum loves her daughter so much,and it kinda reflects and makes me think of my future even more ,their relationship was just so kinda perfect, I wish I could find someone that can love my kid next time like how I saw this little girl and her mum...thats like so sweet....well I came back and took a small nap,Im kinda like laid back already staying in this culture where everyone is kinda lazy and have alot of free time. Today wasnt that bad though.....yeah
